What You Need to Get Started

Active Bar License Must be in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. We verify in real-time.

Appearances range from routine status conferences and calendar calls to motions hearings, arraignments, and case management conferences. Each listing includes the case type, expected duration, and complexity level so you can choose what fits your expertise.

Payment is processed within 5 business days of submitting your outcome report. Funds are deposited directly to your bank account via Stripe. No invoicing required on your end.

You will only see appearances in jurisdictions where you hold an active bar license. If you are barred in multiple states, you will have access to appearances across all of them.

No. There are no minimums. Accept as many or as few appearances as you like. Many of our attorneys treat this as supplemental income alongside their primary practice.

We understand things come up. You can cancel an accepted appearance up to 48 hours before the court date with no penalty. Late cancellations may affect your reliability rating, which impacts the appearances you are offered.
